Chris King Edge Wheels

Here they are, fully built up by our man Stefan. Edge specs DT Aerolights or Sapim spokes on both wheels, radial front and 2 cross on the rear wheel. We chose Aerolights on the front but we decided to use DT Competition butted spokes on the rear wheel. This not only builds a more durable rear wheel but it becomes much more torsionally rigid which allows for better acceleration and better cornering. We chose to use DT instead of Sapim because the Sapim spokes tend to be a bit on the brittle side, very light but no so durable. We laced the front wheel radially and the rear is still 2 cross. They are awesome, the weight is 1390 grams without any skewers or rim strips but that's how everyone weighs their wheels. Here are some pics. They run $2550.00 as built here with the 45 clincher rims and you can have any color hub you want.
