Sometimes you just have to make something yourself. The bike is a Specialized TT bike that does not allow for a traditional chain watcher because of the frame shape. The chainrings on S-Works cranks are, well, less than great and the customers chain was dropping off to the inside at the worst possible times (during races). We made this derailleur tab mounted chain watcher out of a bottle cage and it works perfectly. It's virtually impossible to drop the chain now.
